A video can now be given to one person, a group or a whole company, and the people you give it to are told straight away by email and in their notifications instead of waiting for the Monday summary. Pick several people at once, or several videos at once from a member on My Team. Every video also shows how many people have watched it, including anyone who found it in the library on their own, so a company that publishes a video can see how far it has actually travelled rather than only who was assigned it. Somebody who started a video and stopped part way now shows as started, with how far they got, instead of looking like they never opened it.
A Listen button now sits above the text in every lesson, with pause, stop and four reading speeds, and it remembers the speed you chose for the next lesson. It uses the voice already built into your own phone or computer, so it costs nothing, works without a connection and your lesson never leaves your device. Quiz questions are not read aloud, so nobody gets a question spoken at them while they are answering it.
A course you have already passed now shows as completed in the global library, where it used to look untouched. Any course in the library can be added to your own training, so it appears on your dashboard and counts towards your progress in the same way as one your administrator assigned. Your courses and the library are also no longer the same list: your courses are what you were given or have started, and the library is everything there is to browse. And if a course you were assigned is still unfinished, it will now be mentioned in the Monday email you already receive, with a link straight back into it, rather than arriving as a separate reminder.
Finish a course, get a certificate you can keep and share
Completing a course now issues a certificate in your name, with the course, the date and a reference number, ready to download as a print-quality PDF or an image. Everyone who had already completed a course has theirs, dated to when they actually finished. Share it by link when you want to: sharing stays off until you turn it on, the link opens the certificate for anyone you send it to, and turning sharing off stops every link you have already sent. You can also post it straight into the community in one click.
Your dashboard now shows your training, not just your posts
Your Activity opens on what needs you: the courses assigned to you, who assigned them and when, where you are in each one, and a card that takes you back into whatever you left half-finished. Your certificates sit alongside them, and a progress ring tracks how much of your assigned training is done. Courses completed now counts alongside posts and likes.
AI Assist answers your repair questions in under a minute
Ask anything about plastic repair, materials, welding or refinishing in your own words, add photos if it helps, and the answer comes back in under a minute, grounded in Plasnomic's own repair knowledge rather than the open internet. Every answer is marked as not yet verified when it arrives, and the Plasnomic team reviews the same question afterwards, confirming the answer or replacing it with their own - and their corrections are remembered, so the answers get better the more the network asks. Your questions stay on your company page with your team, never on the public Exchange. AI Assist comes with every paid plan.
Training has joined Videos on the paid plans. If you are on a paid plan nothing changes, and both now sit together in your top navigation: every course in the global library is yours to take in full, lessons, quizzes and your pass. Free accounts keep the open community - browse, post and reply across the Global Exchange, with a member profile that shows what you have contributed.
A new home for short, watch-anytime videos from across the network - how-tos, product demos, and content from partners. Included with any paid plan. If you are a company admin, you can upload videos under your company name and choose for each one whether it goes out to everyone on the Exchange or stays private to your own page. Sort by newest or by what the community rates highest.
A training course can now be published on more than one company page at once instead of being locked to a single page. The course is written and edited in one place and the changes apply everywhere, so there is no duplicate to keep in sync. Each page's admin can enrol their own members, including a whole-company toggle per page.
Passing a quiz or finishing a course now gets the celebration it deserves. You are notified as soon as a course is assigned to you, your training is grouped by what needs attention first, and lessons carry images, video and PDF documents inline alongside the text.
Give your team its own space on the Exchange: a private company page, channels where you control who sees each one, and the tools to build your own courses with lessons and quizzes, assign them to named staff, and track who has completed them. Billed per seat, and the rate drops automatically for the whole team once you pass 21 people.
Adding someone to your company now emails them to say so, and the team page shows who has not signed in yet with a Resend invite button next to them. Adding people in bulk reports, row by row, whether each person's email was really delivered - on screen and in the downloaded file.

Paste a link into a post or a comment and it turns into a preview card with the page title, description and image, so people can see where it goes before they click. Posts also show which company page they belong to.
The whole platform - every page, menu, your profile, and the emails we send you - is now available in five languages: English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian. Pick your language from the globe icon in the top bar or in Settings, and the entire interface switches instantly. Your choice is remembered for next time. Posts written in another language still get the "Show translation" button as before.
Share posts between your company page and the community
Spotted a conversation worth a wider audience? Every post now has a Share button. Publish a post from your company page to the public Community Exchange, or bring an interesting community conversation onto your company page for your team to discuss. The shared copy carries a "Shared from..." note so everyone knows where it started.
Curious who's behind a post? Click any member's name or photo on the Exchange to visit their profile - their bio, experience, and recent posts, comments, and most liked contributions, all in one place. Hover cards and @mentions link straight through.
