Get an official repairable / non-repairable assessment
Ask Plasnomic now has its own home and a second kind of question. Open it from your Company Exchange and choose "General plastic repair question" or "Repairable or non-repairable". For a repairability assessment, submit the damaged part with photos and the vehicle, insurance, and repair-order details - a Plasnomic expert reviews it and returns an official Repairable or Non-repairable verdict with its own reference number. You can also see all your questions and their status in one place.
The whole platform - every page, menu, your profile, and the emails we send you - is now available in five languages: English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian. Pick your language from the globe icon in the top bar or in Settings, and the entire interface switches instantly. Your choice is remembered for next time. Posts written in another language still get the "Show translation" button as before.
Share posts between your company page and the community
Spotted a conversation worth a wider audience? Every post now has a Share button. Publish a post from your company page to the public Community Exchange, or bring an interesting community conversation onto your company page for your team to discuss. The shared copy carries a "Shared from..." note so everyone knows where it started.
Curious who's behind a post? Click any member's name or photo on the Exchange to visit their profile - their bio, experience, and recent posts, comments, and most liked contributions, all in one place. Hover cards and @mentions link straight through.
Asked Plasnomic a question? Once the team replies, you'll see a quick "Was this answer helpful?" prompt at the end of the thread. A thumbs up tells us it landed; a thumbs down lets you add a short note on what was missing so we can follow up.
Got a question for the Plasnomic team? Open your Company Exchange and use the new Ask Plasnomic button. A Plasnomic expert answers right in the thread, and both the question and the answer stay visible to everyone at your company.
